Claudia Mazzie-Ballheim, owner of Mazzba Productions, has designed and managed Web content since 1996. At a leading software manufacturer, she produced a site that attracted more than 1.5 million registered users.
She has worked with technical and scientific content since 1988 as editor, writer, and manager. She managed documentation and Web teams at Microsoft Corp. for more than 8 years.
An instructor at several community colleges in the Seattle area, Claudia developed the Web Content Design curriculum for Washington state’s largest continuing education program and has trained employees at Microsoft Corp. and McDonald's Corp.
